Help! I converted a community lot to a residential lot and when I moved my sims in, the game froze on build/buy mode.....what do I do?


The answer is a lot easier than you think. Each community lot needs a phone to function and each residential lot needs a mailbox. Without a mailbox, sims cannot live on the lot as residential without one.

Solution:

You need to download a mailbox (functional, not decorative)
daydream.etowns.net/
under Hacks/Mods
